MacDougall Training is proud to work alongside Tri-Cities Adult Baseball to host the 2026 Memorial Day Regional Tournament

Tournament Information and Registration

THIS IS AN OPEN TOURNAMENT, and all teams are welcome.

LOCATION:  Tri-Cities, Washington

DATES: Saturday, May 23 - Monday, May 25, 2026 (If needed games may be played on Friday night)

DIVISIONS: 18 Wood

(Division will occur if 4 or more teams register by the final deposit date)

POOL PLAYER FEE:  $100

FORMAT: Pool play consisting of 3 games, Semifinals and Championship game

PLAYOFFS: Semifinal games either Sunday evening or Monday morning.

$1,800 Team Fee for 15 Players

Full Deposit of $300 needs to be received by April 28th, 2026

Team fee is for 15 player roster.  Additional players over the allotted 15 players: $55 per player

Any team that does not have their deposit in by April 28, 2026 will be taken on a first come, first serve basis to add their team to a division. 

$300 NABA MEMBER DISCOUNT: Any team with 10 or more NABA players who are registered in the NABA registration system online in 2025 or 2026 is classified as an NABA League team and is entitled to the NABA MEMBER DISCOUNT

DEPOSIT DATE:  A $300.00 non-refundable deposit must be received to reserve a spot in the tournament and to earn the discounts by the dates listed above.

ENTRY INCLUDES: Entry fee includes: 3 guaranteed games, NABA Liability Insurance and a SECONDARY Medical Policy for the team, fields, umpires, baseballs for each game played per team, line-up cards, tournament rules, team champion plaque, champion finalist plaque, NABA World Series Voucher for the winning team (champion), championship game MVP award

DEPOSITS: All teams must submit a non-refundable $300.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by May 9, 2026.  All fees must be paid for online using the link at the bottom of the page, or by mailing a check to the address below.

REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT: No refund will be given if the tournament bracket or schedule has been posted. If the schedule has not been posted and you call 15 business days before the tournament start date a full refund will be given minus the deposit.  If the schedule has not been posted and you call 8 to 14 business days before the tournament start date, 50 percent of your fee will be returned minus the deposit; if the schedule has not been posted and you call 7 or fewer business days before the tournament start date, no refund will be given.
